Join Friends & Family Wednesday Night for Prayers and Further Discussion –

As we humbly thank God our Savior for the groundbreaking and nationally significant decision by the Supreme Court of Mississippi issued Thursday afternoon, April 12, in favor of FPC Starkville in the case of Presbytery of St. Andrew v. FPC Starkville. Let us repentantly and humbly pray that all brothers and sisters will come home to the unity of Christ alone as Lord – finding the resolution and peace of yielding to his infallible, gracious Word and Will.

Pictorial Directory Photographs are here!

The photos from the first photography session are here.  If you were photographed on March 1-3, please see Peggy Branch today in the Fellowship Hall after the 8:30 service or during the fellowship time, or come by the church office during the week, to get your photos.  (Photos from the second session, Mar 25-26, will be here at the end of the month.)

Opportunity to Pray for (and to Support Financially) Young Adult Member & MSU Student Jack Burton in a Summer Mission-Learning Experience:

Church Family and Friends – Please read the following update from Jack Burton, a “child of our church” who is now a Young Adult Member growing in his faith and considering a future calling as a Biblical Christian counselor. Jack has been accepted to participate in a summer mission-learning experience in East Asia with CRU. Please remember Jack in prayer, and, if God leads you to do so, in providing further support.

Dr. Lifer, Over the summer I will be traveling to East Asia for 6 weeks where my team and I will be participating in a language course on a college campus. The goal of the trip is to use this language course to introduce us and enable us to make lasting relationships with the people (in particular the other students) there. By spending time with them we hope to introduce them to Jesus and the great joy that you and I have in Him!

You may mail a check, made out to “Cru”, to 109 Josey Ave, Starkville, MS 39759 if you feel led to give. You may also give online at www.give.cru.org/1001482

Gratefully in Christ’s service, Jack
