Members – Submit Your Recommendations

for Possible Elder-Nominees and Deacon-Nominees

The Nominating Committee invites each active FPC member to complete a Recommendation for Officer Candidates form. You may recommend active FPC members who are not currently on the Session or Diaconate (or whose terms will expire in January 2019 and who can serve another term or in a new office) to be considered for nomination as Elder or Deacon. (See back page of bulletin for list of current officers.)  If you need a recommendation form, please ask an Usher for one.

Please return your recommendation information in the offering today or next Sunday, Aug 12, or email your recommendation to Orly Hardin by August 12.

 

FPC’s Annual “TAILGATE”/ TEAM COLORS BRUNCH

SHOW OFF YOUR TEAM’S COLORS NEXT SUNDAY, AUGUST 12, and join us for brunch at the extended Fellowship Time of 10:25 – 10:50 a.m.  Weather permitting, tables will be set up in the breezeway for you to decorate with your favorite collegiate team's colors and special team symbols & memorabilia. You are welcome to help add to the Brunch Tables by bringing a favorite snack to share with others in our fellowship.

Children – Join us as our new season of Sunday School begins and as we study God’s Word beginning next Sunday, August 12.

 

We still need a few more Children’s & Youth Sunday School Teachers for Every-Other Sunday Rotations this Fall Semester.
